10 Major Positives To Take From WWE Hell In A Cell 2015

10. Sheamus Is Not WWE Champion

Sheamus, with the Money in the Bank briefcase in hand, appeared on the pre-show in a six-man tag team match alongside King Barrett and Rusev. That gave him plenty of separation before the WWE Championship match between Seth Rollins and Kane later in the night. With such an apparently throwaway World Title contest on the card, the stage seemed set for the Celtic Warrior to potentially cash-in his guaranteed title shot. However, Rollins beat Kane as clean as a whistle and retreated to the backstage area without the Celtic Warrior appearing. The WWE Universe likely breathed a collective sigh of relief at this moment, given the fact that the prospect of Sheamus as World Heavyweight Champion could scarcely be less attractive right now. As WWE prepares to move into the 'Road to WrestleMania' portion of its calendar, there could be few worse decisions than the one to put the belt on Sheamus. Thankfully, WWE avoided this temptation at Hell in a Cell and kept the championship on Seth Rollins. When the title does change hands, it should be to a red hot babyface star ushering in a new era, not a performer who hasn't been at his best for several years.
