After almost a decade of wrestling for the company, Samoa Joe has left TNA Impact Wrestling. Joe sent out a tweet thanking TNA and wishing the best for them in the future. Joe reportedly left after he and the company couldn't come to terms on pay. To be honest, Joe had done pretty much everything he could do in TNA. He had wrestled everyone, held every championship and, in terms of character development, there wasn't much scope to explore. Perhaps a change of scenery will do Joe the world of good. Joe's longtime friend and rival AJ Styles has been on a roll since leaving the company and there's nothing to say that Joe couldn't reinvigorate his career on the indie scene and in Japan. Of course, most of the internet buzz seems to be about Joe potentially going to NXT. Triple H is reportedly a fan and Paul Heyman sent out a cryptic tweet that some have taken as a sign that Joe's on his way in. Even at 35 years of age and with a history of injuries, the prospect of Joe wrestling the likes of Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn and Finn Bálor in NXT is an exciting one. Before/if he turns up there, however, there are a few things you should know about the Samoan Submission Machine.
