10 WWE Superstar Workouts You Need To Know About
Wanna get in shape in 2016? These WWE superstar workouts might just be the ticket for you...
Okay, so it's mid-January and you've just about started to shed that excess weight you put on over the Christmas and New Year period. The booze and the chocolate and the meat and everything else has been sweated out and fat has, hopefully, been converted into muscle or at least gotten rid of. Alternatively, you're sitting there still carrying the Christmas weight (and perhaps a little more) and thinking 'how the hell did this happen and what do I do to get rid of it?'. Gyms will have seen a sure increase in sign-ups on/after January 1st, as those who had promised themselves they're going to be a new them seek to get in the best shape possible. Many will have enlisted the help of a personal trainer, and that's all well and good, but you don't always need to have someone by your side while you feel the burn and push yourself. For those unable or unwilling to seek a trainer's help, there are plenty of examples of those in the wrestling world who could offer a template for you and your workout. Wrestlers obviously know a thing or two about lifting weight and tacking on mass, but there are also those in the business whose routines focus on keeping lean and getting into great cardiovascular shape. So I have gathered together a mix of WWE superstar workouts that could help you achieve your goals for the upcoming year. This will be especially helpful if you're an OAP who wants the body of a young Arnold Schwarzenegger.
