10 WWE Superstar Workouts You Need To Know About

10. Scott Steiner's Freakshow Workout

It's the big bad booty workout! I'm not sure if it actually helps to sculpt your glutes (I myself am clearly not manly enough to try this ridiculous workout) but this wonderfully odd exercise programme comes endorsed by walking vascular masterpiece, the baddest man that ever lived, Scott Steiner. And, as well all know, all he cares about are his freaks and his peaks, so it must be serious business... Only it's not. Having watched this DVD presentation, I'm not entirely sure whether it's supposed to be a parody or if the Genetic Freak genuinely thinks that this is the workout to turn you from being a pencil-necked geek to a mini Poppa Pump. It's such a bizarre thing to witness, the notoriously short-tempered Steiner screaming at the camera, ogling some poor models and lifting some seriously heavy weights. It's like some wonderful fever dream. I am, however, sure that this is how Scott Steiner works out every single day of his damn life. Look, it probably does work. Steiner has (obviously) been bodybuilding his whole life and had one of the most impressive physiques in wrestling in the late 90s/early 2000s. Hell, he still looks impressive now, at 53 years of age. However, I don't think you're going to get as big and as cut as Scotty solely with the compound movements he demonstrates in the video. You'll need a little enhancement from somewhere else, in order to achieve that... ...I am, of course, talking about ICOPRO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHcjmOtUSXM
