For the quality of Slammiversary's in-ring action. For the quality of the surprises who showed up to Slammiversary. For what's to come in IMPACT following Slammiversary.

Legitimately, IMPACT Wrestling redefined their whole company in a single show.

Josh Alexander survived an enthralling Ultimate X match. Sami Callihan and Kenny Omega tore into each other in a bloodbath that should have been promoted as a deathmatch.

Chelsea Green turned up as Matt Cardona's mystery partner. Not much of a surprise, given their circumstances, but delightful to see her nonetheless. Matt Rewholdt, f.k.a Aiden English, is on his way. FinJuice returned after two months back in Japan. No Way (Jose) replaced TJP in the tag title outing alongside Fallah Bahh. Thunder Rosa was Deonna Purrazzo's mystery opponent; Purrazzo was then confronted post-match by Mickie James. Jay White stared down Kenny Omega to end the show.

Now, on 23 October at Bound For Glory, IMPACT Wrestling, All Elite Wrestling, New Japan Pro Wrestling, and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide will unite under the same roof in Las Vegas.

IMPACT said their world would change at Slammiversary. It didn't just change, though. Slammiversary opened an entirely new timeline for IMPACT Wrestling.
