Seriously? IMPACT Wrestling still can't get past production issues on pay-per-views, as David Penzer could be heard welcoming fans back to the IMPACT Zone, all while the This Is Slammiversary video package was airing.
This continued later on, as Matt Striker and D-Lo Brown ran down the card, with the match graphics not appearing until about a minute later. Instead of addressing the situation as a technical mishap, the pair opted to run down the card again, saying they were doing so for viewers who were just tuning in.
Finally, on the main show, Josh Mathews could be heard in the ear of commentary, informing them of what was being replayed in the main event. Mathews told D-Lo Brown to talk about Kenny Omega hitting Sami Callihan with a trash can lid, which he did.
Unlike the past few occasions, these issues were quickly rectified, but still, this shouldn't be an issue for a company like IMPACT Wrestling. Regardless, we'd be remiss to not give this a mention when also picking apart WWE and AEW for the same thing.
