20 WWE And UFC Controversies Created By Brock Lesnar

Where Lesnar goes a storm of controversy follows.

Brock Lesnar is one of those "larger than life" figures no matter where he goes. It has pretty much always been that way. Right out of college, where he was famed for being a big man with freakish agility for his size (look no further than his infamous "wheel of death" move for an example), he attracted the attention of pro wrestling scouts. When he signed with the WWE, he quickly shot up the ladder, and became the "Next Big Thing." Pairing him with Paul Heyman was inspired; Lesnar winning the WWE championship and becoming the youngest man to do it to that point was all about how darn good he was. Then he burned out, all too quickly. His exit from the promotion was tumultuous, and fans once rabidly supportive turned venomously against him. He tried out for the NFL, and on sheer athletic ability alone almost made the Minnesota Vikings. He was cut on the last day of camp and offered a contract with the team's European affiliate, but declined, not wanting to be far from his family. He then briefly returned to wrestling only to make the jump to mixed martial arts, where he would again quickly rise to the top only to burn out fast - this time, however, due to health issues. And then came his second coming with the WWE, where he has remained one of the most dominant - and most polarising - figures. With such a long and storied journey behind him, there's no question that Brock Lesnar has seen, and caused, a lot of controversy over the years. Here are twenty examples of it.
