5 Names Removed From IMPACT Wrestling Roster
The list of deleted wrestlers includes several former IMPACT title-holders.
IMPACT Wrestling has removed five names from its official roster page.
Taylor Wilde, No Way, TJP, Tommy Dreamer, and Petey Williams, all of whom were listed recently, have had the links to their profiles taken down. There is currently no word on why, exactly, IMPACT has taken this step, though PWInsider's Mike Johnson reports that none have been released and that them being taken off the roster page shouldn't be seen as a sign that they are gone.
Johnson notes that Williams, a former X Division Champion, is currently undergoing a tryout for a producer's role in WWE. The veteran last appeared for IMPACT on its 14 October episode.
Dreamer was indefinitely suspended by IMPACT following controversial remarks made on a September episode of Dark Side of the ring, on which he made light of flight attendant Heidi Doyle's allegations of sexual misconduct against Ric Flair on the infamous Plane Ride From Hell.
Wilde, meanwhile, returned to IMPACT for the first time in 11 years back in April. TJP hasn't worked for the promotion since its August television tapings. No Way (Jose) made a handful of appearances in July and August but hasn't appeared since.
