Tommy Dreamer Suspended By Impact Wrestling

Tommy Dreamer has been suspended indefinitely by Impact Wrestling.

On the back of Dreamer's controversial comments on the most recent episode of Dark Side of the Ring, much of the internet has been quick to call out the ECW Original for his take on the unsettling allegations made about Ric Flair on the "Plane Ride From Hell".

In light of those controversial and much talked about words, Impact Wrestling's Ed Nordholm has now confirmed that Dreamer has been suspended for the foreseeable future in an email to the rest of the active roster and staff. As Nordholm stated in this message, the star's comments were "out of line with our core values" at Impact. Nordholm would also go on to reveal that Dreamer was "asked to leave effective immediately" from Nashville, TN, with his future within the company looking uncertain at best.

Signing off the email, Nordholm also told the Impact staff and roster to approach himself, Gail Kim, or Scott D'Amore if they had any further questions regarding the current situation involving Dreamer within the company.

This suspension comes hot on the heels of Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select confirming that Dreamer would not be at this weekend's set of Impact shows.
