What next for NXT?
WrestleMania 33 is now in the rearview mirror, but the WWE wheel never stops turning. The next batch of major shows have been announced, and with that comes the announcement of the next event in the NXT TakeOver series. The venue? None other than one of the great wrestling cities on the planet: Chicago.
Next week will see a WWE talent shake-up (don't call it a draft) and with that will surely come further losses for the NXT roster.
However, fans of the yellow brand needn't worry too much. Shinsuke Nakamura, Tye Dillinger, and The Revival are gone, but NXT's roster is deeper than ever. Anyone worried about a depleted show in the 'Windy City' - think again.
