While nothing has officially been announced, it looks like The Undertakers legendary career is over. After 24 years in WWE, his body may be too beaten up and broken down to wrestle even once a year anymore. By the sound of things, it seems that the decision to end his WrestleMania streak was made perhaps only weeks (or even hours) before his match with Brock Lesnar. It definitely didnt feel like a long-term plan. Since Lesnar is on an extreme part-time schedule, he probably wouldnt have been Vince McMahons ideal candidate to end The Streak had he known this was Takers last ride a year ago. There are probably better options out there, but well never know now who would have been the best choice. Even if Taker never lost at WrestleMania, there are still plenty of opponents who would have created exciting match-ups for next years show. There are dream matches that will now most likely never happen, and a few rising stars that are left without the rub they would have received facing him. You cant blame Taker for going out when he wants to, but its a shame that there isnt enough time for him to take on a few more opponents on the way out. While nearly everyone on the roster would have greatly benefitted from a match with The Undertaker, here are the top seven wrestlers who should have faced him at WrestleMania XXXI.
