This week's Impact Wrestling was a history-making night.

Jordynne Grace defeated Taya Valkyrie in the evening's main event to usurp her as the Impact Knockouts Champion. Seeing as Taya had been reigning over the knockouts division for 403 days heading into this match, it was going to be history-making whether she retained the title or lost it. Obviously the latter of those options has had a much more significant impact on the title's history, and it came at quite possibly the perfect time.

Elsewhere on the show, Sami Callihan continued his hacking of Impact's production truck, Ace Austin attempted to get under the skin of Tessa Blanchard prior to their match at Sacrifice, Michael Elgin and Eddie Edwards continued their best of five series with match number two, Su Yung and Susie more or less officially transformed into one being, and Johnny Swinger caused something to get an Up. No, that last one actually happened.

Sure, the Downs are still there, this week being half the size of the Ups. They didn't really detract too much from the night though, thankfully. For example, Rob Van Dam vs. Joey Ryan could easily have been awarded an Up, but it remains in the Downs for very minor reasons. Let's get to it...
