The World Championship number one contendership tournament kicked into high gear this week, with the final two quarterfinal matches to see who would join Trey and Hernandez in the semifinals. There has been an extraordinary amount of effort put into this tournament, with a few reshuffles and the effort put in by the wrestlers themselves. It's made for some great viewing thus far, which continued in spectacular fashion with the night's opening and closing matches.

Aside from the tournament action, Madman Fulton made his feelings towards the remainder of oVe crystal clear, with Dave Crist's loss to Crazzy Steve being the final straw for him. Meanwhile, two championships were on offer, as Moose and Willie Mack defended the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and X Division Championship against Suicide and Johnny Swinger respectively, and The North found themselves their next World Tag Team Championships challengers for the following episode.

It wasn't a picture-perfect episode, but for the most part, it was a highly enjoyable edition. During this weird time when there's no live audience in attendance, Impact Wrestling have continued to put on a decent show each and every week. They've been doing this for about a month now, beginning with their two-part Rebellion 'pay-per-view'. The quality of the shows hasn't dipped one bit, with this being yet another wonderful example.
