The WWE roster is full of performers who are lifelong wrestling fans. It's the kind of business where you don't have to be a fan of it to be a star, but it certainly helps. The reason for that is because if you have an understanding of how things work then you're than likely going to put the work in to become a bigger star. Those that do it only because they need the money usually tend to fade away. One of the cool things that we can learn about the performers we admire are the stories of when they were kids or at least from before they became wrestlers. It shows them in positions where they're just fans instead of characters on television. Whether it's a guy jumping off a roof or a girl crying as she meets her idol, these are moments that make these performers look normal to us because as fans we go through those same things as well. Here's a look at some photos and videos of WWE performers getting involved in the business somehow before they signed their WWE contracts. Whether they got there because they had family already working or they were simply dedicated, all of them showed how much they wanted it.
