This is according to PWInsider.com, who reported that;

"Braun Strowman was released from the hospital yesterday following his neck fusion surgery, PWInsider.com can confirm. There is no official word on his recovery or expected return to the ring, but it is not believed to be anytime in the near future. As we reported last week, Strowman has been moved to the company's internal injury list and was off the board for creative pitches even before his surgery. There was a lot of sympathy for Strowman among talents at tonight's Raw for his injury and recovery as he's well liked within the locker room."

The former WWE Champion has been taken "off the board" by the company's creative team since the end of May when speculation mounted that he could be in for an extensive period on the sidelines. Strowman's last match was a tag team match alongside Ricochet against Alpha Academy on the May 1st edition of Monday Night Raw, which itself was just weeks removed from a concussion suffered during an April 21st SmackDown bout with The Viking Raiders.

He'd previously commented publicly on the neck surgery on his Instagram, posting "Road to recovery starts now!!!!" alongside footage of the procedure on June 3rd.
