Jon Moxley's new book, MOX, hit the shelves last week, though several passages from it arrived on the internet prior to general release - including a particularly incendiary takedown of longstanding WWE executive Kevin Dunn.

One of the most widely-criticised backstage figures in WWE history, Dunn is a lightning rod of criticism in his role as the company's executive producer and chief of global television production. Moxley held nothing back in his description of him, calling Dunn a "little c*nt rat", "d*ckless motherf*cker", and more, outlining the harm he can do to a WWE wrestler's career:-

The reality in a place like WWE is that one comment, one little seed planted by a guy in Kevin Dunn's position can be extremely detrimental to someone's future there. That's a lot of power, and power breeds ego. Connecticut... old, rich boys' club ego. I've heard all kinds of stories about that guy messing with people's careers, but this isn't that kind of book. Suffice to say that dude is a f*ckbag. Maybe this is that kind of book. ... No! No! ... But for real, don't even get me started on... no... no this is not that kind of book. F*ck Kevin Dunn.

Bryan Alvarez discussed the situation on a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Live - and it sounds like many within the wrestling industry are happy that Moxley took Dunn to task in such fashion.

Alvarez stated that he had heard from a lot of people in the business who were happy to have read to pass on Dunn. He noted that lots of wrestling personalities have bad reputations but still attract an army of defenders, including Vince Russo, but called Dunn as being "as close to universally disliked a person as I can even think of in this business."

Thus, when Moxley took him down, people were pleased.
