The former AEW World Champion shoots hard on WWE's controversial executive producer.

Jon Moxley's new book, MOX, is released this Tuesday (2 November), and features a particularly incendiary section on WWE executive producer and chief of global television production Kevin Dunn.

Dunn, a lightning rod for criticism from those who have worked with him, gets it in the throat. Moxley refers to Vince McMahon's lieutenant as a "little c*nt rat", a "d*ckless motherf*cker", and somebody who can be "extremely detrimental to someone's future [in WWE]" in just a few hundred words, before dialling back, asserting that MOX "is not that kind of book."

Here's how the former AEW and describes what sounds like an interaction with Dunn during his WWE run, which ended in April 2019 (h/t Reddit's u/TrueStrawberry8008):-

If I had gone in there and been an *sshole, why didn't he just say "F*ck you then, you're being an *sshole." No, he let me go through the whole song and dance, while being completely phony, pretending to accept my apology, pretending it was all good and we were friends. Then five minutes later this little c*nt rat goes right to the rest of the office and says I didn't give a sufficient apology and whatever other bullsh*t he probably said about me, behind my back, no less. This d*ckless motherf*cker... and it was 48 hours later. Why didn't you just call me on the phone right when it happened and say, "F*ck you, we're all mad at you, and if you do it again, you're fired."? That would have been easy to understand. Instead, I got summoned to the secret castle to meet the Magical King Wizard who lives in the truck and controls the universe to beg for forgiveness? What are all these stupid little games?

Moxley continues, giving Dunn both barrels in the next paragraph:-

The reality in a place like WWE is that one comment, one little seed planted by a guy in Kevin Dunn's position can be extremely detrimental to someone's future there. That's a lot of power, and power breeds ego. Connecticut... old, rich boys' club ego. I've heard all kinds of stories about that guy messing with people's careers, but this isn't that kind of book. Suffice to say that dude is a f*ckbag. Maybe this is that kind of book. ... No! No! ... But for real, don't even get me started on... no... no this is not that kind of book. F*ck Kevin Dunn.

A WWE employee of over 20 years, Dunn is regularly painted as one of the most powerful political players in the company. He is also often one of the first people that former employees go to when venting their frustrations at the company, with Moxley joining that group through MOX.

News that Moxley would not be renewing his WWE contract broke in January 2019, leading to him walking out of the company three months later. He debuted for AEW via an unannounced appearance at Double Or Nothing 2019 on 25 May and remains with the company to date.
