Last night saw WWE's Renee Young confirm she has tested positive for the illness currently ravaging the planet, offering no details beyond that.

Dave Meltzer has now come through with a new update on today's episode of Wrestling Observer Radio. He states that Young's result didn't come from an official WWE test, but one carried out in her own home on Monday. She received her results on Tuesday at midnight and has been sick for a while, hence taking her own test, though she has gotten over the worst of it and is now starting to feel better. At one point, Renee was bedridden and had lost her sense of taste.

With regards to Young's husband, AEW's Jon Moxley, he has tested negative thus far, though spending so much time in close proximity to his other half means he isn't in the clear yet. Tests are only 30-35% accurate within the first four days of infection, meaning it'll likely be a while longer before Mox's situation yields more conclusive results.

Moxley and Young are currently living in separate areas of their home, as the AEW World Champion doesn't want to leave in case she gets worse, nor will he go to a hotel for fear of spreading it to other people.

For now, it looks like a full-on quarantine for the duo. Good to hear that Young is recovering, though.
