As the much maligned Piers Morgan's Twitter bio reads: "One day you're the cock of the walk, the next a feather duster." Those sentiments couldn't ring much truer in the world of WWE. It's the nature of the beast, something that the WWE Universe have become so blissfully aware of in recent years especially, so it would seem. You only have to look at Daniel Bryan for proof that the fans now know the powers that's in their collective voice boxes. If they make noise, the chances are Vince McMahon will listen and then eventually give them what they want. Then again, there are those men in the history of WWE that have messed up their shot at the big time. Those men that were given every single chance to succeed against the best wished of the WWE Universe and proved that they weren't up to the task. Those men are the reason that Vince and his creative teams must be cut some rather considerable slack from the time to time that they get things wrong.
