During the interview with Helwani, Triple H spoke about WrestleMania 36 at length and the decision to continue on with the event in spite of the current state of the world.

He also went into more detail as to how the company were going to approach Roman Reigns' decision to step away from the event due to being immunocompromised after his battle with leukaemia and therefore vulnerable at this time.

'The Game' said:

“You can watch our business in multiple different ways. One of them is the storyline aspect of it and to follow the storyline. Another way is the online component of it and the reality of it behind it. Roman has his situation and his reasons for doing the things he’s doing, but I will say from our standpoint and the storyline standpoint, it’s going to play out in a unique manner and we want it to play out that way. I don’t want to give away the ending of the movie before the movie takes place. Everybody just has to watch and see how this unfolds. It will unfold in a unique way and I think it will be meaningful for everybody.

“There will always be critics, it’s our company’s mission to put smiles on peoples faces, and that’s what we’re trying to do in this situation at a time where people really need those smiles. It might not be the perfect product but it is the product and it is what it is right now.”

Reigns is just one of the many WWE names that have been pulled or chosen to step away from 'Mania 36 due to the current situation and many matches on the card have already been altered over the last few weeks.

WWE have faced some backlash for their choice to still go ahead with this year's event, despite the fact that most of the world's other sporting companies and leagues have been suspended. However, it's clear from Triple H's statements that the company believe they are providing people with an escape from this current situation.

With a pre-taped SmackDown set to go down this Friday night, will we see anymore significant changes on the last stop before one of the oddest 'Manias in WWE history?
