Going back to his very first appearance, Electro had been portrayed as a blue collar villain €“ a guy who wanted to use his exciting new powers not to take over the world, but to line his own pockets by robbing some banks. This time around, Electro clumsily leads a movement that is opposed to the unequal distribution of with the goal of stealing from the rich and giving to himself.
