10. Apocalypse Beast

This monstrosity only appeared in the absolutely bonkers 2006 series, the Fantastic Four & Iron Man: Big in Japan. The story begins with the Fantastic Four in Tokyo trying to stop kaiju from decimating the city. They learn from Dr. Yamane that the creatures awoke because they sensed that a monster from another dimension called the Apocalypse Beast was going to annihilate the planet.

At first, Yamane acted like he wanted to stop the creature. However, he eventually betrayed the superheroes, allowing the Apocalypse Beast to enter their world.

Although the Fantastic Four have faced many gargantuan monsters, the Apocalypse Beast is one of the biggest. The Beast is so large that when it begins to break through the Earth's surface, its thumb is clearly larger than the biggest skyscraper in Tokyo. The Beast stands three miles tall and weighs 1.6 billion tons.
