Venom, Carnage and Anti-Venom are the most famous symbiotes out there, but did you know there were even more? Each with their own look, personality, and comic?
When Brock first relinquished control of the symbiote (unwillingly), a government organisation known as the Life Foundation extracted five spawn from it, giving them cringe names like Scream, Lasher, Phage, Riot and Agony. Enlisting the help of Spider-Man again, Venom would destroy the aberrant clones, reiterating the primacy of the OG suit and then some.
Others would also take control of the main symbiote from time to time, including Ann Weying (who'd become the Bride of Venom) and Patricia Robertson. The suit seems to have a habit of coming back to Brock though, and with the film supposedly targeting this storyline, don't be surprised to see a bunch more symbiotes on the big screen in the future.
