7. The Flamingo
A villain from the days of Batman Reborn, the Flamingo is a flamboyant mercenary who, despite appearances, is well and truly in the top tier of horrifying Batman villains.
Although just another hitman, Flamingo is actually quite the exceptional individual. He has a gimmick for the ages, donning an all pink matador get-up complete with all sorts of weaponry, and while his appearance doesn't exactly intimate a fear-factor, the assassin's reputation precedes him. Why? Well, once he's killed his victims, he has a tendency to eat their faces.
Yep. Their. Faces.
If nothing, Flamingo proves that appearances can be deceptive. He proves to be one of the most ruthless figures the new Batman and Robin come up against in 2009, with the figure even paralysing Damian from the waste down for a small period.
