10 Superheroes Who Are Too Arrogant For Their Own Good

2. Namor

To be an effective king, you have to be confident in your abilities. You€™re leading your people and have to be able to make the tough decisions to protect them. However, a king must also be able to realize when he€™s made mistakes or recognize areas where he can improve. Well, modesty certainly does not apply to Namor, king of Atlantis and the first superhero in the Marvel Universe (publication-wise, not chronologically). Namor isn€™t known for his warm personality. Neither a hero nor a villain, Namor does whatever is best for him or his kingdom, which isn€™t always the right course of action. Despite being royalty, he€™s always been one to loose his cool and overreact, which has often prompted his attacks on the surface world. He always assumes he€™s right, and if something€™s going on that he doesn€™t agree with, then it€™s wrong...no questions asked. Even if he eventually realizes that the decisions he made are wrong, like teaming up with Norman Osborn and Loki, you won€™t hear him admit it. His pride makes that impossible. When you€™re raised with a sense of entitlement, you€™re obviously going to think a lot of yourself. However, be warned when disagreeing with Namor. With super strength, physical resistance and flight on his side, you do not want to get him in a bad mood.
