Im the best at what I do, but what I do isnt very nice. Uh, sorry dude, but youre really not. Look, Wolverines powers are pretty badass. Hes got the metal claws that shoot out of his hands, hes got the enhanced sense of smell, and most importantly hes got the healing factor. Unfortunately, those abilities dont always work to his advantage. Much to the chagrin of team leader and strategist Cyclops, you can guarantee that Wolverine will charge headfirst into a battle. In his mind, all he needs are the claws to take down anything in his path. Well, when your primary enemy is a mutant who can manipulate metal, that plans doesnt go over well, and hes underestimated many other X-Men adversaries over the years. If it werent for his healing, we might read a more discreet Wolverine in the comics. Its not just the powers, though. Wolverines personalty has often gotten him into many conflicts and arguments. Say something bad about him, and hell challenge you to a fight, no matter how big you are. His defiance against authority has been also well-documented, especially against Cyclops. This has been toned down in recent years as hes obtained leadership roles in the mutant community, but even so, you can still see that cocky nature of his bubble to the surface around enemies and allies. Dont mess with him, bub.
