Black Panther is one of the most iconic heroes in all of Marvel comics. The key Avenger first appeared on panel as a supporting character of the Fantastic Four in Fantastic Four #52 in July of 1966 and has been a prominent and important figure in Marvel lore ever since. Having been hinted at since 2010's Iron Man 2, the character is now finally set to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - with his own film scheduled for a November 2017 release. He will appear before then in Captain America: Civil War, with Chadwick Boseman taking on the role of the hero, but will have to wait that little bit longer for his solo offering.
