10. Stabbed Kang In The Neck - Doctor Doom #6

Sure, a time travelling psychopath with a gun that saps the very will of its victims seems like a threat, but have you met Doom?

Kang plays a role in the current Doctor Doom run, being chronologically tangled with the Good/Bad Doctor. Although he had been showing up in short bursts to ruin Doom's day, eventually Kang seemed to be stuck with him, embarking on one of the most surreal road trips of all time, traversing giant graveyards, trains, hillbillies and, of course, a relaxing boat trip.

Soon enough, the terrible two reach their goal, an arms deal for the Ultimate Nullifer, hands down the most powerful single weapon in the Marvel Universe. Of course, as soon as Doom has his hands on the weapon, Kang turns on Doom, surprising no one. Kang uses a weapon he calls the Ultra-Diode to sap Doom's will to live.

While most people would get in the foetal position and have a little cry, Doom is not most people. Doom responds to this act of insolence by calming stabbing Kang in the neck, and riding off into the desert on horseback.

Say what you like about Doom, the man knows how to make a dramatic exit.
