If you think theres room for more than one talking furball in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, then look no further than the quirky Cosmo, a psychic dog with a Russian accent that joined the Guardians during the Dan Abnett/Andy Lanning run. While not a combatant, Cosmo proves to be an integral part of the Guardians as he plots the teams cosmic course and tries to keep them clear of any galactic trouble spots while operating from his base on Knowhere. There is natural comic friction between Cosmo and Rocket Raccoon because how else are dogs and raccoons supposed to talk to each other? Just find an actor who can voiceover with a funny Russian accent and Marvel has a license to print money with Cosmo.
