Worth Reading For: The Sheer Weight of Creative Talent.

The long-awaited sequel to the first star-studded anthology has finally arrived and it does not disappoint. There are two stories by the 21st century’s ‘Saviour of Vampirism’ Scott Snyder and they set the tone for this time-and-space-crossing anthology of short stories.

The whole thing reads as a ‘how to write short comics’ and, unsurprisingly, ‘hot to write vampire stories.’ With other creators such as Kieron Gillen (“The Wicked + The Divine”) Marguerite Bennett (“DC Bombshells”) and even features a story written by “American Vampire” co-creator Rafael Albuquerque.

It’s over seventy pages of masterful writing and artwork and it’s definitely worth your time and money.
