It's finally here! Before Watchmen week is upon us and the return to the world of Watchmen is imminent.

Before Watchmen'. Expanding what is considered by some as the 'greatest comic book series of all time' this all new run (none of which are connected to the original Watchmen writer Alan Moore) hits Wednesday and while we all sit holding our breath to see what DC Comics have in store for this massive gamble, we're given a TV advertisement to push the event.This month's releases for the all new prequel series are as follows;

I personally can't see how this will work. Watchmen is such a complete story. To me expanding it will either be full of stories that just don't feel like they matter or even worse mess with what we know follows in some way. That said, like many I'm hoping to be proved wrong and with the talent involved in this project, there's a lot of room for greatness.
