13. Green Arrow - Batman: Legends Of Tomorrow #128

In a two-page long, blink-and-you-miss-it moment, Batman: Legends of Tomorrow #128 features a fight between Batman and Green Arrow that is decisively won by the Dark Knight. The fight literally lasts as long as it takes Batman to hit Green Arrow's nerve point on his shooting arm, leaving him with no choice but to admit defeat.

Admittedly, this is perhaps an unfair match up, as it features a Green Arrow who had only recently become a superhero versus a veteran Batman - but it still clearly shows that Batman is the better fighter, even if only at this point in their respective heroic careers.

While the two have fought since then - most notably in JLA #125 - it's always been under the influence of mind control or other influences, meaning it's unclear if Batman would still win a fight between the two. Give that the Bat has won all their bouts so far, though, the chances seem high.
