Harleen: Everything You Need To Know About DC's New Harley Quinn Comic
8. It's Being Written And Illustrated By Stjepan Sejic
If you're going to release a comic that looks to shake up the mythology of Harley Quinn then you better have someone on board that can do it justice. Fortunately, DC Comics aren't stupid and decided to hire Stjepan Sejic to handle both writing and drawing duties on the forthcoming Harleen.
The thirty-seven year old Croatian almost became a lawyer before he stumbled across a copy of Witchblade but thankfully that's set him on the path to comic book greatness, and in the twelve years he's been in the business, he's more than proven himself capable of handling any series that he's been put to work on.
He's provided art for Realm of the Kings: Inhumans, Justice League Odyssey, and Brothers in Arms to name just three, and his distinctive style is fully on show in the pages that have already been made available to the public, giving Harley a sharper, more realistic look.
And there's no need to worry about his writing chops either, given that he's been writing and illustrating Sunstone since 2011 along with his wife Linda.
