On a serious note, Wanda Maximoff is poised to become a central figure in the MCU, post-Infinity Saga. Not only does she have her own Disney+ show in WandaVision later this year, she will star alongside the Master of the Mystic Arts in next year's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Both of these MCU entries have the potential to be reality-bending enough for Wanda to snap, and turn to the dark side.

If the House of M narrative ever gets adopted into the MCU, we could see it retconned in a way that allows Wanda to get with Victor Von Doom. If he is indeed being set up as the next big bad of the MCU going forward, their brief engagement can add some truly dramatic tension to the respective storyline.

We've never truly seen a couple within the MCU on the side of evil before. A Wanda and Von Doom relationship can be nuanced enough to the point where we not only feel terrible for seeing them cause chaos, we actually root for their love to prosper.
