Back when Spider-Man faced the Sinister Six, he ended up getting his left arm broken so badly, he needed a little cybernetic help in repairing it.

It only lasted for one issue, but Cyborg Spider-Man did feature a rather killer-looking cybernetic arm and eyeball for a little bit, thanks in large part to the strange love of all things cybernetic back in the early nineties.
