Spider-Man fashioned his stylish Stealth Suit when he had to go up against the Hobgoblin during the Big Time story arc in Amazing Spider-Man #650.

To combat Hobby's sonic screams, he created this suit to warp both light and sound around it, which had the added effect of making the suit completely invisible.
