However today isn't any match, today is the match that could see their beloved team relegated if they lose. With the score tiedthe boys are sent in to wildjubilation towards the end of the match when their team scores a seeminglywinning goal, buttheir joy is quickly turned sour when the referee disallows the goal. To compound matters, the opposing team then succeed in going up the other end to score andconfinethemto relegation.
With the whole crowd in an irate frenzysupporters into a frenzy, adeterminedWigsy andCliff are intent on righting this terrible injustice, and sodecideto do the only decent thing - kidnap the ref!
