Alice Eve definitely has the physical attributes to pull off Carol Danvers. Perhaps best known for her portrayal as Carol in 2013's Star Trek: Into Darkness, Eve has yet to truly snag that career-defining role that could catapult her to the next level of stardom. Obviously a starring turn in a Marvel Studios juggernaut would do just that, and we think she would make a fine choice. She has the necessary commanding presence for a leading character, and would fit nicely in Captain Marvel's costume. She's already been linked to several comic book roles already, after dropping out of playing Emma Frost in X-Men: First Class over disagreements with script changes and was rumored to be in line for both Peggy Carter and Sue Storm in the Fantastic Four reboot. Clearly it's just a matter of time before she finally appears in a superhero film. Could Captain Marvel be the one?
