Jennifer Lopez has always been a singer first, and an actress second. That hasn't stopped her trying to break into films, though, and the results have been unbearable. Previous offences from Jenny Of The Block include Monster-in-Law, Maid in Manhattan and, of course, the giant mutated turkey that is Gigli. And at the start of her movie career, Jennifer Lo's chances seemed so much more promising. In Steven Soderbergh's crime drama Out of Sight,Lopez gives off the easy charisma of a natural starlet. As U.S. Marshal Karen Sisco, the singer invests a seductive badass with both balls and vulnerability, making Sisco so much more than eye-candy opposite boys that get all the good lines. Plus, Lopez's chemistry with King of Hollywood George Clooney is undeniable. Perhaps thats just because J Los considerable ego doesnt allow her to be phased by Clooney, but who cares, its what makes the movie.
