19. 2010's Worst - The Last Airbender
M Night Shyamalan's fall from grace was largely thanks to this misguided, mis-marketed dud based on the charming, brilliant Nickelodeon cartoon series with the unfortunately unavailable name of Avatar. There are some things in there that are admirable, but it's all so bafflingly put together and horribly directed that it's almost like it's been done on purpose.

What should have been great fan service sucks all of the spirit out of the original to leave a dumbed-down, painfully slow monstrosity weighed down even further by how easy it should have been to make a half-way good film out of the material.
