6. The South Korea Chase - Black Panther
Black Panther's most elaborate and memorable action sequence occurs in South Korea, when T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman) and co. plan to interrupt Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis) selling some vibranium to the CIA's Everett Ross (Martin Freeman).
A fight breaks out inside the casino where the meet-up is planned, complete with a neat single-take shot travelling between the levels of the casino, before Klaue makes his vehicular escape.
With Shuri (Letitia Wright) remotely driving his transport, T'Challa suits up and rides atop the car, before leaping between vehicles in Klaue's convoy as he makes his way closer to the villain's SUV.
Elsewhere, Okoye (Danai Gurira) makes smart use of her spear to disable a car in Klaue's fleet, though she and Nakia (Lupita Nyong'o) end up "relieved" of their car by Klaue's sonic cannon. Thankfully, Okoye uses her spear to skid down the hill on one of the car's doors, while Nakia hilariously slides down the hill while still in her driver's seat.
T'Challa meanwhile uses his kinetic blast to disable another vehicle, and uses his claws to finally take Klaue's SUV out of commission, bringing the chase to an end.
Though the CGI could certainly be better in places, the chase as a whole is a ton of fun.
