10 Bruce Willis Movies That Were Basically Die Hard Sequels

4. Cop Out (Die Hard: Day Off)

I wouldn't even try to suggest that Cop Out is a film worth watching - its title is very apt - but with the direction the series might be going, this sort of fare could soon become a reality for it. Despite a potent pairing of Willis with Tracy Morgan, Kevin Smith's film - the first which he did not write - mostly feels like what John McClane would probably get up to on his day off, as he tries to track down a prized baseball card that was stolen from him, one which he was planning to use to pay for his daughter's wedding. It veers far too much towards comedy and away from action to be a viable Die Hard film really, but as a spin-off, we could believe it. If Bruce is ever hard up for cash, this is the sort of thing we can expect. And we mean really hard up.
