It was tempting to fill this entire list with characters from just Batman & Robin, but that would have been ridiculous... (scribbles furiously in ideas notepad, smiling and nodding to himself). Mr Freeze is the clear stand out, but rather than explain my decision in detail, I'm going to allow Mr Freeze to show you in with just one line of dialogue exactly why he deserves a place on this list: "If revenge is a dish best served cold, then put on your Sunday finest. It's time to feast!" Mr Freeze is one of Batman's most interesting and layered antagonists, but his portrayal in Bataman & Robin left me feeling rather...cold. Thank you, thank you, I'm here all week!
