Have you noticed how many movies there are nowadays? Lots, right? Funny ones, scary ones, embarrassingly awful ones... we're practically spoilt for choice! Given that there are so many, though, it's becoming harder and harder to work out which ones are worth your time, and which ones should be fired from a cannon into the sun and never spoken about ever again. Amongst all these releases, however, there are certain types of movie that absolutely nobody wants to see. Sure, human beings are all different and everybody is entitled to their own opinion, but there are some sub-genres or movie concepts that I'm genuinely convinced nobody on Earth actually wants to spend money on sitting through, despite the fact that they frequently do. Seriously. Even if you actually do spend money on going to see the types of movies that I've opted to include on this list, I'm still convinced that you don't really want to. You just go see 'em anyway. Not for any real reason, but because it was something to do, or you didn't want to miss out - and hey, at least you don't have to talk to the wife if you're watching a movie, right? Here's 10 common movie types that Hollywood seems intent on pumping out on a frequent basis, despite the fact that we'd much prefer them to spend all that time and effort on other, better, more creative projects. And remember, people: if we stop going to see these movies, Hollywood will be forced to stop making them. It's almost as if that logic makes... perfect sense?
