10 Creepiest 80s Movie Villains

9. Judge Doom - Who Framed Roger Rabbit

1988's Who Framed Roger Rabbit was a groundbreaking innovation in film making. Never before had real-life and animation been so seamlessly blended. The chief baddie of the film was the iron-fisted Judge Doom (played flawlessly by Christopher Lloyd). Doom is an arbiter who presides over Toon Town and executes law-breaking toons with extreme prejudice. It is because of his propensity for dispatching toons with "Dip", that the third act reveal was so shocking. After being squashed flat by a steamroller, his seemingly crushed corpse peels itself from the floor and re-inflates with the aid of a nearby oxygen tank. Now that the already-creepy judge is revealed to be a toon, he becomes downright nightmarish when he pops out his fake eyes, turns to detective Eddie Valiant, and burns himself into the memories of every kid watching when he asks: "Remember me Eddie? When I killed your brother, I talked just... like... this!" There is just something about that transformation into his true toon self that transcends Doom from classic bad guy to legendary creep of 1980's cinema.
