Four middle aged men, bored with life, disillusioned, cynical and bitter decide to kill themselves through gluttony for food, avarice for alcohol and sexual excess. They sequester themselves in a nice house and begin their feasting, drinking and shagging. The gross out moment comes courtesy of one of our four heroes - Michel, who has been brought up not to fart. The men encourage him to overcome his fear of farting. He goes to the toilet and expels so much excrement that the pipes clog up and burst right open - filling the house with s**t. This scares away all the prostitutes and it frightens my gastro-intestinal tract too.
