10. Rachel McAdams

Fresh off the success of Game Night, Rachel McAdams appears to be taking a break from acting work, of any kind. She doesn't have any imminent projects on the horizon - in TV or film - for the rest of 2018 and the entirety of 2019.

The only dated project she might be a part of is Sherlock Holmes 3, currently slated for late 2020. And we say "might" because her character - Irene Adler - was killed in the second film. Still, there are rumblings that she might reprise her role in some way, whether that's a flashback, dream sequence, or "my death was a fake!" plotline.

Additionally, it's safe to assume she'll appear in the sequel to Doctor Strange, which we know is in the works, but... that's about it. It certainly won't be a 2019 release, and more than likely, it'll open sometime in 2020 or 2021.

McAdams recently became a first-time mother, so her lack of movie work is probably down to her wish to spend more time with her family.
