This cheesy love song garnered a lot of success in the charts where it spent seven weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100. However, this song was originally recorded for the equally cheesy and Razzie-nominated film, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Although both the song and the movie were equally over-the-top, the song has proved to stand the test of time far more than the movie to which it owes its success.
