Directed by Paul Anderson (Mortal Kombat, Resident Evil) the story takes place in the dystopian year of 2012 following the fall of the US economy (so we have a few good months at least). Prisons are filling up, and to make a profit, they have no holds barred, killing-encouraged car races on the damned Terminal Island. Investors from all over may view and gamble on the carnage. And Jason Stathams in it, so you know someones ass is gonna get kicked.
