The Resident Evil video game franchise has featured a range of powerful male and female protagonists, but the movie adaptations wisely focused on just one, the inimitable Alice. Alice possesses a range of "masculine" traits that help her survive in the zombie apocalypse, but husband and director Paul Anderson isn't against showing off Jovovich's naked body on occasion too. Despite this though, Alice remains sexually unavailable for the majority of the five Resident Evil films released so far in a way reminiscent of other "final girls" on this list. While she certainly isn't your typical final girl, Alice has earned a place on this list through sheer tenacity and willpower. The poor woman has been through it all. Death, rebirth, cloning, super powers, no super powers... all while kicking zombie monster ass! That's the kind of girl I want to take home to meet the family!
